A rundown Chelsea lock-up is set to sell for a staggering £550,000.
Hidden behind a row of terraced houses, tucked away at the end of an alleyway, the outbuilding measures just 538 sq ft, but despite its size and awkward location, planning permission has been granted to turn it into a home.
The shed is located just off the Kings Road in Chelsea, one of London’s most desirable areas where homes typically cost £4 million. It is up for auction with a guide price of around half a million pounds.
